Erika Ringwald is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
Since graduating from West Chester University, she has gained extensive experience in the clinical setting as well as in counseling, helping people to make lifestyle changes as it pertains to eating patterns and choices. Erika focuses on bridging the gaps between nutrition information and making it work with an individual’s lifestyle.
She uses a very practical approach and works with individuals to make personalized plan of change. She has a strong affinity for helping people with diabetes, weight management, high cholesterol and GI conditions. Erika has her Certificate in Training for Weight Management, is a member of the Diabetes Care and Education practice group and The Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition practice group, both practice groups of the Academy of Nutrition. She is also a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She is working on becoming a CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator).
In her spare time Erika loves to spend time with her 2 children as well as with friends and family. She enjoys exercising, cooking, hiking, kayaking and traveling.
