How to Sign Up
Sign up for access to request appointments, request prescription refills, update personal and insurance information, and pay your bill. If you have not already been given a username and password for portal access, please contact our office by phone at 215.368.1900.
Payment is expected and required at the time of service. Co-payments are to be paid prior to your office visit. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
• Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
• Debit Card
In the event of financial hardship, every effort is made to provide a reasonable payment plan. It is important that you notify the office staff of changes in insurance, address, and phone numbers.
Many insurance policies require that you obtain a referral prior to seeing another specialty physician or before you have various procedures done. We have tried to simplify this process of requesting a referral by having our patients leave a detailed message on our voicemail system.
We will need the following information to effectively process your referral:
• Your name
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Name of the physician you are seeing or name of the facility you are going to
• The location of the physician or facility where you are having the study or procedure done
• The date of the visit or study.
• Name of study/procedure.
We kindly request that you allow 3 business days for our office to process your request. Contact our office as soon as you know you will need to have a referral.
Emergencies when the office is closed
Our professional staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When an emergency arises and the office is closed, simply call the office number, and you will be directly connected with the on-call professional.
We know that urgent and emergent medical concerns occur frequently. We have, therefore, made allowances in our schedule for these unexpected occurrences. That being said, we will make every effort to accommodate your urgent or emergent medical concerns as quickly as possible.
