In Office Care
We provide assistance in managing your acute and chronic conditions in our office from Monday through Friday from 7:00am-8:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm and Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm. When you need us, we are here for you with either same day appointments or visits scheduled out even 6 months in advance!
Nursing Home & Assisted Living
Detweiler Family medicine is one of the leading providers of nursing home and assisted living facility care in Montgomery County. When the need arises to move into Assisted Living or a nursing home, our team of providers are available to provide care on site.
